Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please be aware that by purchasing these hand-crafted pieces means that you understand that there may be flaws. Just like each one of us, no candle is alike or perfect which is what makes them so magical. We work by designs and endeavour to create like products however by the nature of being individually poured by hand, and using raw materials such as soy and concrete, there will be slight variations between each product and the product image on screen. We consider this a unique advantage, your bespoke candle is truly one of a kind.

These flaws are normal, such as cracking in the concrete, cracking in the wax, fading etc. This does not effect the burning of the candle and this is a true indicator that you have purchased a hand-crafted product.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on products that have not been burnt correctly. Customers need to be made aware that these are hand-crafted and will not be PERFECT. Please make sure that yourself, staff and customers read the candle care given and on our website at www.theescapeco.com.au/candlecare.

However if you do have an issue with any product, please email us at hello@theescapeco.com.au and we will see how we can resolve the issue for you.

pricing, Delivery + processing

The Escape Co's designs are made by hand to order. Please allow up to 20 - 30 business days for processing not including delivery. Delivery times may vary. All our orders will be delivered either by Australia Post or local courier. You will be notified when your order is being dispatched and a tracking number will be given. 

Please note that the postage/courier times are indicative only, and may vary depending on the postal service, public holidays or during busy holiday periods. We cannot assume responsibility for any issues or delays with postage and delivery. If you are in a remote location, an extra surcharge may apply to your shipping costs. This does not get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference or receive a refund for the product you ordered.
